I’m a menstrual cycle coach and fertility educator, specialising in cycle literacy as the foundation of conception success: from getting pregnant, to sustaining a healthy pregnancy and postpartum period.
My work is evidence-informed and holistic. Rather than addressing fertility through a single lens, I support the whole system: cycle health, mineral status, nutrition, lifestyle and nervous system regulation, because fertility is created when the body feels supported and safe.
With a background in education, I also bring a long-term perspective to this work. I understand how early health and regulation shape a child’s wellbeing for life, which is why this process focuses not just on conception, but on preparing the whole woman and the environment a future child grows within.

This program supports both women and couples.
Most of our work focuses on the woman’s physical, emotional, and nervous system health, as her body is carrying the pregnancy. Partners are invited into specific sessions where it matters most, including family planning and timing, mineral health review and conscious preparation for parenthood.
Both parents contribute biologically and energetically to conception and a child’s long-term health. This work acknowledges that, while still centring the woman through the journey.
That’s completely okay.
Many women complete this work solo, whether their partner isn’t ready to participate or they’re preparing independently. The investment you make in your own health, regulation and fertility foundations still has a significant impact on you and your future baby.
When needed, partner-specific sessions can be adapted or replaced so the program remains fully supportive and relevant to your situation.
We meet for a 60–90 minute session each week via Google Meet.
Outside of sessions, the time commitment is flexible and practical. You’ll be guided to implement changes that fit into your real life, not rigid protocols that add pressure or overwhelm. You will also have access to me via text support as needed throughout your 3 months with me.
